The NETiP family's powerful processors
digitize analog video and audio signals in
real-time and transmit them over LAN/WAN
networks with an optional telephone/mobile
(V.24) backup interface for monitoring and
recording at the monitoring station. All this is
done from a small box with no need for a PC at
the monitored premises. NETiP units have no
moving parts and contain their own embedded
software. As a result, they are robust and
highly reliable.
NETiP transmitters also feature internal
high-speed high-quality pre and post-alarm
image capture, selectable recording and
transmission image/video size, PTZ support, full
duplex audio, programmable alarm inputs and
control outputs.
Dynamic IP Internet Connection
Expensive static IP address requirement may be
your major obstacle to the central monitoring
applications. Supported by our technology, NETiP
CCTV transmitters support video transmission on
the Internet connection with dynamic IP
addressing using DDNS services.
Dynamic Name System (DNS) is a
general-purpose distributed, replicated, data
query service used on the Internet for
translating hostnames into Internet addresses.
Dynamic DNS enables you to map a logical name to
a dynamic IP address. This means that the IP can
be updated dynamically in the DNS server based
on the current IP from your Internet supplier
when connecting to the Internet. However, the
remote application can still connect to the unit
using it's logical name.
